Tala is a Personal Trainer, Fitness Instructor, and Nutrition Consultant. She has dedicated the last 5 years to helping clients lose weight, tone up, and increase muscular strength, endurance and flexibility. She has a Masters Degree in Nutrition and has over six years of experience educating individual clients and large groups on healthy eating, meal planning, and eating to prevent or manage chronic diseases. From years of experience, she truly believes that the combination of fitness and nutrition is the only way to achieve a successful plan for life-long health. Tala’s focus with clients is to teach them healthy lifestyle habits that include proper nutrition, exercise, and relaxation. Just like every person has different DNA, every person will respond differently to a fitness and nutrition program. Tala makes sure clients receive personalized programs that are specific to their lifestyle needs and goals. Competing in several fitness competitions has given Tala an opportunity to learn the specifics of eating, training and supplementing. She has developed advanced knowledge of the physical and psychological demands of preparing for a fitness competition.
