Pam is a busy mother of three. While struggling to lose the “baby weight,” Pam discovered a true passion for fitness and in turn for helping others like her.
Pam is a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition and Wellness Expert through Can-Fit-Pro, a Certified Kickboxing Instructor and is also certified as a Life Coach through Coaching and Leadership International.
Pam believes she can help anyone to reach their greatest potential. Her specialties include: helping busy moms with meal planning and time management, functional fitness training to improve overall health and ensure strength while performing everyday tasks and…putting the FUN into fitness!
