Growing up in a sports-oriented environment is where Nadia acquired her passion for being an advocate for motivating individuals of all populations to live a healthy lifestyle. She has been introduced to various sports such including; tennis, badminton, squash, hockey, soccer, and skiing. Nadia graduated from the Fitness and Health Promotion program at Fanshawe College in 2007 and has gained a certification as a Certified Personal Trainer through the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology.

Through experience and education, Nadia has learned that physical health is an important component to achieve a balanced lifestyle, and that it improves your ability to do everyday chores, decreases risks of certain types of diseases, and provides your mental stimuli a challenge to keep the various functions in your brain alert. She also believes that this can be easily done by incorporating strength and endurance exercises with agility, speed, balance, dexterity and flexibility training. Nutrition, which Nadia believes is essential in maintaining the body’s natural balance and optimal function, is also vital for enhanced performance and recovery.

By creating nutrition plans which incorporate all of the required major nutrients, minerals and calories, Nadia helps clients reach their health-related goals with more ease. While finding the right nutritional and fitness balances can be a difficult task, Nadia enables clients to surpass their goals and achieve optimal wellness.
