Julie believes that fitness is acquired by living each day in the best way one can and by making choices that serve one well. The combination of daily exercise, a positive mind-set and healthy nutrition all add up to holistic fitness.
Having been in the Health and Wellness arena for over twenty years, Julie has seen many fads come and go. She believes the simple truth is that you don’t need the latest diet or gadget. She promotes making healthy lifestyle changes that you can stick with. As a mother, Julie recognizes the challenges of balancing work and family and keeping fit has been her saving grace. She believes you CAN have children and still be in great shape and gets immense gratification in knowing that she can make a difference in people’s lives and inspire them to feel better about themselves.
Julie has a Degree in Kinesiology and is a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Specialist. She has taught aerobics and spin classes and has run boot camps for both individual and group settings. She believes that keeping her clients interested is the key to success!
