Julia is a Certified Kinesiologist, Holistic Lifestyle Coach and Seminar Presenter. She is also a Certified Personal Trainer (Can-Fit Pro), Group Fitness Instructor (Can-Fit Pro), PNF Specialist and is a Certified Stress Management and Sleep Coaching Specialist as well.
For over 10 years Julia has supported clients in living their dream lives through teaching them to apply the principles of movement, proper nutrition, hydration, breathing, mind management, loving communication, stress management and living a purposeful life in their daily experience. The results her clients have received are remarkable!
What Julia loves most about working with clients is being able to guide them towards becoming healthier, happier and more energized individuals.
