Joel graduated from the University of Ottawa with a Bachelors of Science Degree – Honours Human Kinetics. During his 4 year tenure at the UofO, he became a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society, a Dean’s Honour List graduate, and was a three time All-Canadian Student-Athlete. Joel is also a Kinesiologist, a Certified Exercise Physiologist (CSEP), a Certified Personal Trainer (NSCA), Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA) and a future Doctor of Chiropractic.

As a Personal Trainer, Joel has also conducted health and wellness seminars, working under the tutelage of Olympics strength coaches, and has organized sport development programs for underprivileged youth. He has used his knowledge and experience to help many individuals meet their health and fitness goals. His expertise is in weight loss and he also specializes in body sculpting, core fitness training and rehabilitation/physical therapies.
