Dan’s love for fitness began at an early age. He discovered martial arts and over the years has studied many disciplines including; Shorin Jiu Ryu karate, Japanese style Jiu-Jitsu, Muay thai, Boxing and Kickboxing. He has also been an active competitor since 2003.
His commitment to achieving a high level of fitness has led him to a career in personal training and combat sports fitness. As a Can-Fit Pro Certified Personal Trainer, Certified TRX Suspension Trainer and an Agatsu Certified Kettlebell Instructor.
Dan has been helping clients to achieve their health and fitness goals for over six years and has trained a wide variety of people of all ages. He believes in taking a multi-faceted approach in creating and implementing training programs while keeping his clients capabilities and goals in mind.
