Cheyenne has worked in the Fitness Industry for over 7 years as a Personal Trainer and has also been teaching Pilates, Cardio Kickboxing, Boot-camps and Spin classes to individuals of all fitness levels, shapes and sizes. Through Humber College, she has completed certifications in; fitness and health promotion, fitness and lifestyle management, fitness and wellness, nutrition for fitness and fitness leadership and is certified through Can-Fit-Pro as a Personal Training Specialist and Group Fitness Instructor. She has also received certifications through Stott Pilates and Reebok Cycle and is currently studdying to become a physiotherapy assistant.

Cheyenne is a dedicated and accomplished Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer who believes that her love for fitness will help you to get on your way to becoming a healthier and more fit you!
