Annie is a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition & Wellness Specialist with more than 8 years of experience in the Fitness Industry. She began her career in Fitness & Heath as a Group Exercise Instructor then progressed to personal training. While attending University, Annie successfully created and implemented wildly popular ‘hardCORE’ abdominal and back training classes as well as various boot camp style classes for both men and women. After earning her honors degree in Sport Management from Brock University in 2006, Annie has combined her knowledge of business with her passion for healthy, vibrant living. The result? Hundreds of happy clients who all say hiring a Personal Trainer was “the best decision they ever made. Period.”

Some of Annie’s specialties include: circuit training for effective fat loss, resistance training for increased muscle tone & increased overall strength, flexibility (Yoga), meditation/breathing techniques, personalized program design, clean eating and positive thinking techniques.

Writing is one of Annie’s other great passions, as it enables her to connect with clients world wide and share her experience in getting and staying fit. Annie has contributed to various fitness websites and magazines writing on topics including healthy living practices and exercise.
